In Authentic Movement, participants listen to their bodies and move from within, with their eyes closed, in the presence of a non-judgmental witness. After moving, both mover and witness share their experiences, either verbally, or though writing, art, or movement. Movers may then become witnesses and witnesses may become movers.
Tailored for complete beginners who have always wished to try ballet or those revisiting the art, these drop in classes cover essential techniques, posture, and ballet knowledge.
