PHOENIX – [nueBOX], a Phoenix-based arts nonprofit, is thrilled to present the organization’s [nueWORK] showcase at Phoenix Center for the Arts’ Third Street Theater on September 2, 2023 at 7 p.m. Ranging from contemporary dance to immersive experiences, the showcase will feature powerful new performances by past and current [nueBOX] artists-in-residents Sam Arrow, Halley Willcox, Zarina Mendoza, Jisun Myung, Ruby Morales, Ellen Sickenberger, Simon, Lawrence Fung, Spencer Dennis, Anthony Kelly, and more.

[nueBOX]’s longstanding mission is to support movement-based artists in the Phoenix area. Along with numerous artist residencies offered annually, performances like [nueWORK] give artists the opportunity to connect with the community, contribute to the arts and culture of the region, and share work that is memorable, honest, and explorative.
