BlakTinx Dance Festival Phoenix 2024 – MASTER CLASSES

Master Classes – August 25th at Invictus Dance Project Don’t miss our master classes at Invictus Dance Project, featuring guest artists and open to dancers of all levels. This is a great opportunity to learn from some of the best!
- 8:00-9:50: Café y conchas! Come early, enjoy coffee with us, and meet all our guest artists. It’s free!
- 10:00 AM: Stephen and Aisha – Movement-based class exploring intention through choreography and freestyle; contemporary and hip-hop concepts.
- 11:00 AM: Primera Generación Dance Collective (PGDC) Latine Shines – Experience vibrant rhythms and footwork of the (Afro)-Latine diaspora, including cumbia, quebradita, Mexican ballet folklórico, and salsa.
- 12:00 PM: Edson “House” Magaña for an energetic and immersive class in Hip Hop dance, covering foundational techniques and the cultural elements of breaking, popping, and locking.
