Authentic Movement – Workshop 2 (Tucson)
sYnapse Studio Y 650 N. 6th Ave. , Tucson, AZ, United StatesIn Authentic Movement, participants listen to their bodies and move from within, with their eyes closed, in the presence of a non-judgmental witness. After moving, both mover and witness share their experiences, either verbally, or though writing, art, or movement. Movers may then become witnesses and witnesses may become movers.
