Center Dance Ensemble continues its celebration of the renovated theater with a program featuring the first piece ever performed by CDE at the Herberger—a restaging of the folk-dance opera “The Ballad of Barbara Allen” written by Dee Strickland Johnson (Buckshot Dee), plus other works from the CDE repertoire.
