AZDance Group, under the artistic direction of Kenda Newbury, presents their 11th annual and family-loved A JOYOUS CHRISTMAS concert. This concert features the professional dancers of AZDance, including “retired” BAZ Principal Astrit Zejnati (now Artistic Director of the National Albanian Ballet, guest artist with AZDance for 10 years) and AZDance’s inspiring outreach programs.  A JOYOUS CHRISTMAS this season will showcase Newbury’s creative and enjoyable Mixed Nutz, music by Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker Ballet (but it is NOT the Nutcracker!), along with new & loved works that connect audiences to the music and motion.
