Ballet Arizona Company Auditions (Phoenix)

Company auditions for the 2023-24 Season will be held March 5 in Phoenix, AZ. Company, Apprentice and Trainee positions are available. If you cannot attend our in-person auditions, we are also accepting video submissions.
Time:
Registration: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm
Ballet Class: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Audition Fee: None
Audition Requirements
On the day of the open audition, the company requires a CV/resume, headshot and 2-3 full body photos.

CV/Resume: Include all performing experience with a Professional Ballet Company, training, height, weight, awards received, visa status, etc.
Photos: Headshot & 2-3 dance photos that reveal the dancer’s body proportions and line

Ballet Arizona is the Southwest’s premiere Ballet company offering classical and contemporary ballet performances and is dedicated to preserving and celebrating classical dance while creating and commissioning new innovative works.
The Company includes a corps of 28 dancers, under the artistic direction of Ib Andersen. A year-round staff of over 20 provides administrative, production, marketing, communication, and developmental support.
Ballet Arizona’s team environment thrives on placing qualified and dedicated personnel into each team position. We welcome general inquiries and/or submission of resumes. Only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
