Party Scene and Small Flower auditions 2017
Ballet Yuma Nutcracker Auditions, Yuma Ballet Academy, 3942 S Avenue 4 ½ E, Yuma.

September 5, Tuesday, 5:30 pm. Children: Party Scene Children and Clara.
4 pm Party: Height 5’0 and under, Small Flower under 5’2”. 4th grade and up, Academy Level 3 ballet and up, with several years stage experience. Casting will be based on all of the guidelines listed as well as the technical proficiency, speed of picking up choreography and activing ability of the dancer. Come prepared to dance with appropriate clothes and hair. Dancers not cast in Party scene or as a Small Flower will be assigned another role in the Nutcracker. All children will receive a part. Casting and performance assignments are the sole discretion of the Ballet Yuma artistic staff.
5 pm Clara: Height 5’ and under, Academy Level 3 Ballet and up, with several years stage experience, 5th grade and up. Wear hair half up/half down. Dancer must be available for all rehearsals from September 9th through the last performance on December 11th. Nutcracker rehearsals will be the first priority of both the dancer and parent. Casting will be based on all of the guidelines listed above as well as the technical proficiency, spontaneity and acting ability of the dancer. Two dancers will be cast with performances divided between them. Casting and performance assignments are the sole discretion of the Ballet Yuma artistic staff.
Ballet Yuma Nutcracker Auditions for Children continue.
September 8-9, Friday 7:30-8 pm, Saturday, 3:30-5:30 pm. Dancers coming to the casting call must have filled out the participation form and paid the performance fee ($85) BEFORE attending the casting call. Please make sure you read the information/guidelines/requirements before signing up your dancer for this exciting performance opportunity.
