Continuing Skinner Releasing (Tucson)

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Friday, repeating until April 25, 2025
SRT reveals the natural grace in every human being and taps into transforming states of consciousness which awakens the Dance within and guides us in the practice of letting go; letting go of stress, letting go of unnecessary holding in our body, letting go of preconceptions about what is supposed to happen, letting go of fear of awkwardness, letting go of the belief that we somehow don’t have the “right body”. Tactile exercises are used to give the imagery immediate physical effect in the movements of participants. Individuals who have completed introductory Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT) are welcome.
Three class sessions will be offered at the sYnapse at Studio Y.
April 11, 18 & 25
Friday evenings from 5-7pm.
$30-$80 for all three classes.
