Join the Leaps for Lives Dance Company for an evening of choreographic exploration as they stage new pieces and old favorites, alongside featured guest artists. Proceeds from tickets sales will be donated to Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern Arizona.
“It’s Better To Light One Candle, Than To Curse The Darkness.”
Candlelighters, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is a parent-run organized support network. We educate, support, serve and advocate for families of children with cancer and other blood disorders, bereaved families, survivors of childhood cancer, and the professionals that care for them.
The Leaps for Lives Dance Company is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Tucson organization dedicated to the art of dance and the power of community. We offer a welcoming space for dancers regardless of background or experience. Through our inclusive programs and productions we raise funding and awareness for Southern Arizona animal rescues and pediatric cancer organizations.
Tickets $15 pre-sale, $20 door. Space is limited. This event is for audience members 18 and up.
Support for the project is provided by The Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona, funded by the City of Tucson and Pima County.
