Nature, Movement, and Poetry Workshop

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until May 27, 2023
This 4 week workshop will encourage you to explore your personal relationship to different elements of nature by using movement and words to connect more deeply to yourself and the world about you.
Melinda Dorling has been a student of various forms of improvisational dance for the past 25 years. finding her inspiration from Mettler-based dance and Skinner Releasing. Her joy is in sharing what a magical experience dancing from a pure space within can be.
4 Week Series: Saturdays, May 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th
10am – 11:15am
Location: sYnapse at Studio y (650 N 6th Ave)
Cost: $60
