FREENicoleOlson|MovementChaos performs in Canal Convergence
Saturday, November 5, 6:45 pm & 8 pm
LOCATION: The Scottsdale Waterfront, in and above the Arizona Canal and along the pedestrian pathways and bridges, between Scottsdale Road and Goldwater Boulevard.
Canal Convergence | Water + Art + Light — currently in its 10th year — will feature dozens of creative workshops, exciting performances, informational tours and a few additional artworks for the free in their 10-night event November 4-13 at the Scottsdale Waterfront.
2 DANCE PERFORMANCES: NicoleOlson|MovementChaos
Empyrean
Inspired by the heavenly sphere in ancient and medieval cosmology consisting of fire and light, the dancers of NicoleOlson|MovementChaos will travel the Canal Convergence grounds as celestial beings, creating modular and elegant dances throughout the night.
NicoleOlson|MovementChaos will also be performing a site-specific work on the Marshall Way Bridge on Saturday, November 12th, 8:15 pm on the Marshall Way Bridge: Wishful Waters & Starry Nights.
