Pima Community College SALSA & Ballroom (Tucson)

July 31, 2019 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST

$42.25 – $84.50

Pima Community College SALSA & Ballroom (Tucson)

Pima Community College Social Dance courses are designed as a ‘sampler’ to give individuals an opportunity to experience different music, rhythms, and patterns. The use of the ‘triple step’ and common patterns across styles is explored. A field trip to a community dance ‘party’ ends the semester.

The courses promote the health benefits of dancing with lessons in goal setting, practice, and self-evaluations. There is no focus on ‘competition.’
