Soaring and Moving Workshops

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 3:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until May 21, 2023
Want to find new ways to move in the air and on the floor, work with props, create new structures, enhance your performance, find inspiration for choreography, or just get creative?
We’ll explore different movement qualities from Lucid Movement, Skinner Releasing technique, and various forms of Improvisational scores and structures to connect to fun new ways to soar and move! No aerial technique or skills taught in this workshop, instead we’ll rely on structured improvisation and open-ended play.
Dates: Sunday, May 7 & 21
Times: 3-4:30pm
Cost: $20 suggested donation for each class
Events may be viewed in these formats: list, week, day, map, photo and month.
Serving Arizona's dance communities and "creating connections" between the dancers and the general public.
