AzDEO presents SPINE Strategies Workshop with Cynthia Roses-Thema ~ Come to cool Prescott!!
In this six-hour, one day workshop with Cynthia Roses-Thema, in beautiful, cool and sunny Prescott, discover:
- the five SPINE strategies are,
- why you need them,
- and how you can apply them in easy and effective ways into your current teaching to address alignment, rotation, whole body integration and much more!
Cynthia’s two books are also included in the price ~ SPINE: 5 Somatic Strategies for 21st Century Dancers, and SPINE: Using the SPINE STRATEGIES in Contemporary Ballet Workbook.
