The Tucson Tango Festival is being held March 2-5, 2017, at a new venue — the 4-Star destination resort of Casino Del Sol — just six (6) miles west of I19 on Valencia.

Instructors are: Alex Krebs and Patricia (Portland OR), Adam Cornett and Tilly Kimm (Providence RI), Alicia Pons (Argentina) and Daniel Arias (Los Angeles CA), Melina Sedo and Detlef Engel (Germany), and roving guest instructor Vania Rey (available for privates).

There is a Beginners Bootcamp. It’s specifically designed for those first lessons in Argentine Tango, or to review the basics if you have been dancing for a while. If you have been dancing for a while and would like to introduce a friend to tango, please join them in the classes.

Hotel: Rate is $89 Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. The $89 rate is extended to three days before and three days after the festival. Friday and Saturday are $119 per night plus 10% room fee. No resort fees or taxes. Free parking. No WiFi fees / 10% occupancy fee.
