UA School of Dance presents MFA Concert: En/root (Tucson)

Join us for an engaging Master of Fine Arts (MFA) thesis concert, presenting three extraordinary candidates who are advancing the frontiers of their respective fields. Prepare to witness a unique movement vocabulary that challenges norms by blending technical theater and dance, artfully eliminating the fourth wall. You will experience a multifaceted collaboration of artistic mediums where heritage is explored with nuanced finesse. Be part of an interchange between Bharatanatyam and modern dance as it paints the story of an Indian mafia queen through traditional and contemporary vocabularies. We encourage your presence at this remarkable event—an evening dedicated to aesthetic exploration, expression, and innovation.
