Description: FELDENKRAIS AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT ® WORKSHOP FOR DANCERS
Taught by Jayne Lee (GUILD CERTIFIED FELDENKRAIS PRACTITIONER)
A class for all dancers to improve their awareness of how they move, alignment, ease of movement and sensitivity.
This class will help you to drop unconscious habits in your dancing as well as in how you move through your life.
Bring a mat or blanket as we will be working on the floor at first, we will be in socks or bare feet but also bring your dance shoes.
